Fire Inspector, FI-01 (6 hours)
This course is designed to supply details that will assist in determining the cause and point of origin. Learn about installation requirements, performance, and improper applications of products as well as construction and product defects. This course is a must for the Public and Private Fire Investigator.
Pre-Cast Concrete Fireplaces, PC-01 (6 hours)
This six-hour course is on the most misunderstood fireplaces in the industry, The Pre-Cast Concrete Fireplace!  This concrete fireplace has its own special requirements for construction, installation and repair. This course will provide you with the knowledge and documentation you need to support your findings.  If you do business in California, this fireplace will cross your path.

Biography: Marge Padgitt has been involved in the chimney industry since 1982.  She owns and operates Padgitt Chimney Services in Kansas City, Missouri.  Padgitt has been an industry speaker  since 1993, and writes articles for Alternative Energy Retailer, SNEWS, and SWEEPING, and various newsletters and newspapers.  Marge is currently serving as the President of the Midwest Chimney Safety Council.  She has a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Professional Writing,  is a HEARTH Certified Fireplace Appliance Specialist and a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep #2856.  Marge is currently working on a worldwide chimney sweep documentary, and a series of instructional chimney video tapes.

He has developed the Ventinox® Chimney Lining System, TherMix® Chimney Insulation, and now FasNSeal® , the Special Gas Vent for high efficiency heating equipment.  Wawrla graduated from the University in Vienna, Austria in 1974, served on the Board of Directors of the Hearth Products Association and served as a member of hte Technical Committee of the national Chimney Sweep Guild.  Martin founded ProTech Systems, Inc. in 1985 and established ProTech Manufacturing, Inc. in 1996 to produce the new FasNSeal® vent system.  Martin has conducted many seminars for the venting industry on technical and business topics since 1979.
